MAINTENANCE

Here at Future Design, I also keep all my clients happy with regular maintenance of all electrical installations.

A lot of electricians tend to focus on the bigger contracts and their clients are often forgotten once their project is completed, and they move onto other projects.

This is where I feel that my company fills a needed gap in the market.

As a smaller business, with a compact team, I tend to stick to the smaller install jobs and maintenance projects, thus filling this gap.

I pride myself on punctuality, and if I cannot meet a set date or time, I will always provide my clients with the necessary knowledge so that we can re-schedule our appointment to when it suits both parties.

Too many people in the service industry in South Africa nowadays are quick to make a date or tell a client that they will do something, and they do not deliver on these promises.

I believe that a good business not only creates new business with advertising, but ultimately, ends up with most of its business coming through referrals.

If you do not have this balance in your business, then you are doing something wrong.

We are currently the sole service providers for numerous management agencies in town, including

Accommodation Bureau, Bay Holiday Homes & Homenaway.

I am a full advocate of constructive criticism, so if any negative feedback is left, then I believe that this is how we learn to improve our service that we can offer.

I do not charge a callout fee and will happily supply professional quotations as well.
